Gearing up for the summer days already! Who's ready for all of the iced coffees, beach trips and most importantly grilling days?? Here is one of my favorite way to serve grilled wings: grilled garam masala wings! And do not forget that Buttermilk Ranch Raita! Because what is a spicy wing with a nice cooling dipping sauce!!?

    Grilled Garam Masala Wings

These Grilled Garam Masala Wings are a nice variation to your typical game day wings. It's not Buffalo or BBQ or even Asian. All flavors of wings which I love though! But this is a nice change up that you will want to start adding to your summer grilling or game day menu line-up right away.

First its really quick and simple.  No marination or brine required. Its a nice quick spice blend to coat the wings and get them on the grill for about twenty minutes or until the internal temperatures reads 165°.

And of course you will need some Ranch dressing to serve these garam masala wings with, but not just any Ranch dressing will do. I've experimented a little bit and come with a Buttermilk Ranch Raita!!! Buttermilk, yogurt, ground cumin, garlic and yes Ranch dressing seasoning mix!!! It may sound weird to you right now, but once you get this all mixed up and start dipping your wings, you will not regret it!

Another delicious dip options for these Grilled Garam Masala Wings: Jalapeno Cilantro Chutney or Avocado Cilantro Chutney!

Hi Heather! Yes I found the Ranch Raita to be pretty dangerous too! It's soo flavorful and it actually keeps well in the fridge for a couple days! I know because I kept digging it out for more!
