Creamy mango basil popsicles are the perfect summertime treat! We love mangos and since they're especially available during the summer months, we always make sure to make tons of them! These popsicles are so easy to make, with simple and fresh ingredients: fresh mango, greek yogurt, lime juice, sugar, and fresh basil!
The Ingredients
Fresh Mango - you can switch it out to frozen as well
Fresh Basil - I just love that pairing of mango and basil, its very sweet and fresh!
Greek Yogurt - it gives these popsicles a creamy mango lassi vibe!
Lime Juice - You need a touch to bring out the sweetness from the mango
Sugar - optional but you will probably need a touch of sugar to bring the sweetness up

Mango & Basil
Is that really a pairing? Try it!! It's really delicious together. Great in drinks, desserts and of course these popsicles!
I feel like mango and basil are such typical summer staples for us. We always have a nice big basil plant growing on our patio and love caprese salads! And we buy mangos by the boxes whenever we can!! So we just love throwing them into everything! Basil gets added to pizza and caprese salads, and mango into lassis and fruit platters.
But every once in awhile these two ingredients get combined! And the results are amazing!! You can definitely can use mint instead if that's all you have on hand. But the basil really balances out the sweetness of mango better than mint! It gives a slight savory note to an otherwise sweet treat.
These creamy mango basil popsicles are a definite hit for us!
