White chocolate jalebi bark is such a fun and easy sweet treat idea for Diwali or any Indian festivity. There's fresh jalebi, white chocolate and any combination of mixed nuts of your choice!

I mean, I don't know about you but how can you not grab a couple pieces of this bark? The bright orange spirals are so hypnotizing, they're practically beckoning me!
What is Jalebi?
Jalebi is a fried sweet made of sugar, a mixture of flours, and yogurt. The batter is then poured into a squeeze bottle and gently released in spiral patterns over hot oil (similar to funnel cakes). The jalebi spirals are fried until crispy and then soaked in a sugar syrup.

Where you do you get the Jalebi?
You can either make them at home or buy them from an Indian dessert shop.
If you're making jalebi at home, I recommend buying a jalebi mix and a squeeze bottle to make this process easier. This is what I usually do! Nice fresh jalebi for the bark and also some on the side to snack on!
Usually jalebi mixes only require the addition of water, so its pretty easy to get the batter going. Since the jalebi are going on to the white chocolate for this recipe, I recommend doing a very quick soak in the sugar syrup. Then drain the syrup on a paper towel if there is too much moisture.

How do you make White Chocolate Jalebi Bark?
I just love how so super simple it is to make this fun chocolate bark!
- The most important thing to do is to get all of the toppings ready before melting your chocolate. So have the jalebi ready to go. Make sure the nuts are roasted and chopped. The edible flowers are within your reach. Any other topping is also just ready and waiting.
- Prepare the pan, my recommendation is a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The baking sheet is slim profile so you can easily stick into the fridge and the parchment paper will help to get the bark out of the pan when you're ready to serve.
- Now you can melt the chocolate. Easiest way, is to microwave in 1 minute to 30 second intervals until its mostly melted. Once you see less chunks of chips, melt for shorter amounts of time (15 seconds) until it's nice and smooth. It should not take more than 2 to 3 minutes total though.
- Pour the melted chocolate on the parchment lined baking sheet. Use a rubber spatula to evenly spread the chocolate. Working as quickly as possible, get all of the jalebi, nuts, flowers and other toppings on the the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours. This will firmly set chocolate. Then use a knife or your hands to breaks into pieces for serving.
