With Curry Ketchup & Cilantro Lime Mayo

Here's an easy way to spice up those frozen tater tots that have been stuck in your freezer!! Tandoori Tater Tots! But as we all know its not just about the tots, its about the dipping sauces. So don't worry, I got you covered there too. With not just one, but two dipping sauces!! Cilantro Lime Mayo and Curry Ketchup! Take your pick with them, but honestly they're both so easy and so delicious, just make them both!!
First the tandoori tater tots!
Start with a bag of those frozen tater tots. They're delicious and easy to make on their own, but of course they can be made even better with just 1 ingredient! Tandoori Masala seasoning mix!! Use the dry seasoning mix because you want the seasoning to coat the tots, but not make them soggy.
Season the still frozen tater tots with the seasoning mix to make sure they form a spicy nice crust on outside as they bake. I like to thrown in some cubed peppers and onions the same baking sheet to really give you that authentic tandoori takeout feel and flavor!
Just remember to salt at the end! Depending on the brand of tater tots, they may already be salted. So add the salt just as the tots come out of the oven.
Top with a squeeze of lime, cilantro and onions! That's it!
Do you like to eat your tater tots with ketchup or mayo? Or do you make your own special sauce?? I like all of the above!!

Curry Ketchup
For the curry ketchup, I've gotten into the habit of just mixing ketchup and curry powder. And guess what??? Its actually really delicious! Something about it, just really works. For this curry ketchup recipe, I just upgrade my lazy day curry ketchup with a little sautéed diced onions! And its totally worth that extra 3 minutes of dicing and sautéing! It gives that curry ketchup an even more balanced flavor and also a nice texture. Its pretty great!
Cilantro Lime Mayo
This cilantro lime mayo is pretty self explanatory. Its just a quick flavored mayo sauce. All of the ingredients compliment the flavors of the tandoori tots really well. Cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, honey. Give you a nice spicy, creamy, slightly sweet, sour dipping sauce. Perfect!!
